Accounts and submissions
Keep credentials confidential and report suspected compromise. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful submission of information and documents. Account approval and document issuance remain subject to verification by authorized officials.
Availability and information
The portal may be unavailable for maintenance or security reasons. Descriptions of features, response times, uptime, security, or service outcomes are informational and are not guarantees. Confirm official requirements and deadlines with the Barangay Office.
Content and intellectual property
Do not upload images, documents, logos, or other content unless you own it or have permission to use it. The barangay name, official seal, and portal content may not be copied or reused in a misleading way.
Applicable law
